Requirement

Feedback from 5+ Clinical Stakeholders

Documented feedback on the proposed solution(s) from interviews with >5 clinical stakeholders such as clinicians, users, support personnel, etc.
Innovators often fall in love with their ideas – it is critical to get early feedback from those in the clinical settings that will use them. Good solutions must fit into clinical reality – risks and rewards. A great solution that changes clinical flow or referral patterns may not be adopted.
Use the mock-ups that describe the envisioned solution – do not describe the technology (and disclose IP) focus on what it does for clinicians/patients. Show them to at least 5 stakeholders for feedback who would be users of the solution even if they are not the purchaser or ultimate user. Make sure to capture your interview notes!
